Done. Changed opus-4-2-dev.zip at http://www.urbansim.org/opus/releases/opus-4-2-dev/opus-4-2-dev.zip to refer to opus-logo.bmp and OPUS as the application title. Also changed opus_gui\projects\default_gui_configuration.xml to contain the same changes.
